circolante netto<\/strong> (NWC, <em>Net Working Capital<\/em>): spesso, per&ograve;, si concentrano solo sulle fatture attive (crediti verso i clienti) e passive (debiti verso fornitori).<\/p>\n<p>\n\tQuesto ambito &egrave; in genere gestito dai responsabili amministrazione e finanza, che operano spesso in autonomia rispetto ai Supply Chain manager: questi sono interpellati solo quando la politica di gestione dei pagamenti possa creare eccessivi rischi su fornitori strategici e, pi&ugrave; raramente, per decidere sull&rsquo;opportunit&agrave; di fornire o meno determinati clienti per i quali ci siano problemi di gestione del fido.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tUna delle voci che invece &egrave; spesso sottovalutata &egrave; il <em>Net inventory<\/em> ovvero il <strong>costo standard dello stock<\/strong> (<em>Gross Inventory at COGS value<\/em>) al netto degli accantonamenti per rischi obsolescenza (<em>Provisions<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIl costante monitoraggio del valore finanziario delle scorte permette di assicurare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tuna gestione oculata degli approvvigionamenti a monte,<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tun&rsquo;attenta gestione delle produzioni e delle relative consegne in ingresso al magazzino,<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\til mantenimento degli obiettivi di scorta di sicurezza decisi al fine di assicurare il livello di servizio target.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\tLa gestione ottimale dello stock pu&ograve; e deve essere raggiunta anche grazie all&rsquo;implementazione di processi aziendali che oltre ad allineare Sales e Operations, includano una declinazione di <em>Financial Forecast<\/em> volta a guidare la direzione nel perseguire gli obiettivo di piano.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tLa gestione finanziaria delle scorte va intesa poi anche a livello di <strong>minimizzazione delle scorte<\/strong> ESLOBS (<em>Excess Slow movings &amp; Obsoletes<\/em>) attraverso processi di <strong>prevenzione<\/strong> e rapida eliminazione del <em>dead stock<\/em> che permettano di evitare accantonamenti per rischio obsolescenza o, in caso gli stessi si siano gi&agrave; materializzati, di rilasciare i relativi <em>accruals<\/em> con un <strong>beneficio diretto sul conto economico aziendale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tLo stock management &egrave; diventato centrale nelle aziende e richiede, oltre ai consueti strumenti di <em>forecasting and planning<\/em>,
