Freight: if the customer carries out the checks required by current legislation, it is exempt from any co-responsibility.

 

Service contract: the client is liable both to the social security institutions and to the individual employees, regardless of whether or not they have verified the correct fulfillment by the contractor and subcontractors of all the obligations.

 

What checks are therefore necessary and what procedures should be put in place to protect the company and the management from risks? The acquisition of basic and standard documentation is not sufficient for the purpose.
